City Creates Emergency Loan

April 7, 2020: The City of Thief River Falls approved creation of an emergency loan fund to help local businesses affected by COVID-19, following recommendations of the Community Development Advisory Board. A total of $250,000 has been set aside for local businesses. The maximum loan is $10,000 and loans will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis to businesses who meet the approved guidelines.
