Become a Good Jobs Designated Employer

Learn How to Become a Good Jobs Designated Employer

Advance Thief River is proud to partner with Inter-County Community Council, Rural Minnesota CEP, and the Regional Workforce Alliance to host an upcoming Lunch and Learn focused on the RWA Good Jobs Designation.

The event will be held on Monday, June 29, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Legacy Event Center. Local employers are invited to attend, enjoy lunch, and learn more about how to become a Good Jobs Designated Employer.

The Good Jobs Designation recognizes employers that are committed to quality jobs, strong workplace practices, and regional workforce development. Attendees will also learn how to take part in broader workforce initiatives designed to support employee recruitment, retention, and business growth in Northwest Minnesota.

This is a great opportunity for employers to connect with workforce partners, learn about available resources, and explore practical ways to strengthen their workplace and support long-term business success.

To RSVP or request accommodation, contact John Preuss at jpreuss@intercountycc.org or 218-796-5144 ext. 1018. This event is free to attend and lunch will be provided.
