Thief River Falls, MN – Arctic Cat® Inc., a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, is hiring new employees for its facility in Thief River Falls, and is offering a $4,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying new employees.
This bonus for new hourly employees working on the shop floor will be paid in increments over the first nine months of employment.
Arctic Cat expects to continue to expand its workforce through 2022 and beyond, with plans to add about 400 additional positions through 2025. Open positions at the Thief River Falls manufacturing plant include assembler, forklift operator, material handler, and more.
Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate that they can perform the physical requirements of the job; Prior manufacturing experience is not required. An interest in powersports is considered a plus, because team members are directly involved in bringing new and exciting snowmobiles, side-by-sides and ATVs to life.
Arctic Cat also is updating its company facilities at its historic Thief River Falls campus, with remodeled lobby areas, break rooms, conference rooms, and more.
