Rise of the Resilient: Three-Part Series for Business Owners

Is  stress wearing you down? Invest in yourself and your business resilience by taking this course, “Rise of the Resilient.”

Learn how to cope with stress, beat brain fog, strengthen relationships, and move your business (and yourself) forward to increase personal and business success.

Course Duration: three sessions, two weeks apart.

Session One: Understanding stress and how it can impact your ability to own and operate a business. Learn five concrete strategies for working with stress-not against it.

  • April 5th from 6:30-8:30 PM-Thief River Falls

Session Two: Build your resilience through the 4 C’s (and a pair of drumsticks): Connection, Consistency, Creativity and Community

  • April 19th from 6:30-8:30 PM- Thief River Falls

Session Three: Transform your way of processing situations and emotions. Ignite your brain to understand and work with stressful situations as you learn to activate your brain to its fullest potential.

  • May 3rd from 6:30-8:30 PM-TRF

Instructor Bio

Deb McGregor received her undergraduate degree from Concordia College with a B.A. in Organizational Communications and French. Her Master’s degree is from North Dakota State University with a M.A. in Speech Communications and an emphasis in Organizational Culture and Structure. Her thesis project was on life coaching. Deb is also a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute and a CNTC (Certified Neurotransformational Coach).
