The Thief River Falls CareerForce Center is located on the Northland Community and Technical College campus at 1301 Highway 1 East in Thief River Falls. They provide a wealth of services for both job seekers and businesses.

Northwest Private Industry Council
The Northwest Private Industry Council (NWPIC) is co-located with the Thief River Falls CareerForce Center on the Northland Community and Technical College campus at 1301 Highway 1 East in Thief River Falls.
NWPIC works with Inter-county Community Council to deliver a variety of services designed to help gain employment or enhance your current employment opportunities. The employment and training programs provide services to residents and businesses in Northwest Minnesota through the following programs; Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA), Minnesota Youth Program (MYP), Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), and State Dislocated Worker Program.
