Rise of the Resilient 2.0

Three-Part Series for Business Owners

The three-part series, Rise of the Resilient 2.0, is coming to the Thief River Falls area community. This FREE workshop will be held on three consecutive Tuesdays later this month.

The training will be led by Deb McGregor, a life coach and neurotransformational coach. Deb describes has this to say about the three-part series:

“As we adjust to new ways of working post-pandemic, continue to navigate employee and supply shortages and simply navigate life, it’s more important than ever to make sure you have the tools and skills to continue creating a life that motivates you.”

The workshop will be offered from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on May 16, 23, and 30 at the Pennington County Justice Center in Thief River Falls. You may attend all or any one of the sessions.

  • Session One: Continue transforming your way of processing situations and emotions while navigating stress more effectively as you name and identify emotions and the impact they are having on your well-being while integrating an understanding of your brain and how your brain is processing these emotions.
  • Session Two: Explore the seven levels of personal, group and organizational effectiveness. Discover the impact of hopelessness, fear, frustration, courage, engagement, innovation and synchronicity. How do these levels influence our day to day responses? Are there ways we can be more effective and productive? Absolutely.
  • Session Three: Metaphors are lint for the brain. Journey in the world of metaphors and learn how effective they can be in helping you identify different ways of processing emotions, looking at situations and ultimately, making decisions with more clarity, focus and intention.
