Annual Meeting

The annual meeting for Advance Thief River is being held at 12:00 PM on February 4, 2025 at the American Legion in Thief River Falls.

Jessica Beyer to Deliver Keynote

Meeting attendees will hear from Advance Thief River Board President, Tony McLean, Advance Thief River Director, Michelle Landsverk, and Jessica Beyer, who will be delivering the keynote address.

Jessica Beyer is Associate Minnesota Director for First Children’s Finance. In 2022, she led a high-impact strategic planning effort with the Advance Thief River Falls Childcare Collaborative.

First Children’s Finance is the only national organization focused exclusively on a sustainable childcare supply. Their mission is to grow the supply and business sustainability of excellent childcare. They help children, families and communities thrive by increasing the availability, affordability and quality of early care and education.

They provide financial and business development assistance to childcare businesses serving low- and moderate-income families and building partnerships that connect these vital businesses with the resources of the public and private sectors.

The meeting is free to Advance Thief River and Thief River Falls Rotary Club members. Members of the public who attend are asked to pay a nominal charge of $15 per person to cover the cost of food.

RSVPs are encouraged to help with planning. To RSVP, please submit the form below.
