Thrive in Thief River Strategic Plan Rollout

You’re Invited: Public Rollout of the Strategic Plan
April 9 | 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
Northland Community and Technical College – Room 201

After months of research, community conversations, and thoughtful planning, the new Strategic Plan is ready to be shared—and you are invited to be part of this important moment.

On April 9, we will publicly unveil the Strategic Plan during a community presentation at Northland Community and Technical College (Room 201) from 12:00 to 1:30 PM. This event marks a significant milestone and sets the direction for the next phase of growth, collaboration, and impact.

Why Attend?

This is more than a presentation. It is an opportunity to:

  • Hear the key priorities and vision guiding our work forward

  • Understand the data, insights, and community input that shaped the plan

  • Learn how businesses, organizations, and residents can engage in implementation

  • Ask questions and offer feedback as we move from planning to action

The Strategic Plan reflects broad community engagement and a shared commitment to building a stronger, more resilient future. Now, it’s time to align around the priorities and begin the work together.

What to Expect

  • A clear overview of the plan’s major goals and strategies

  • Discussion of implementation timelines and partnerships

  • Opportunities to connect with others who are invested in the community’s future

  • Time for Q&A and conversation

Whether you are a business leader, nonprofit partner, educator, public official, or community member, your voice and participation matter. Strong plans only succeed through strong partnerships—and this is your chance to step into that partnership.
